Happy ThanksgivingPosted: November 25, 2010
It’s a beautiful morning here in Rochester, although the weather man is telling me it won’t last long. As everyone knows Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on what you are thankful for and if not, it’s a good time to do it.
This year I am really thankful for my family- Marshall’s and mine. As newlyweds we have decisions to make about holidays and sharing the time spent with our families. When I heard my co-workers discussing how they split up their time between families, I realized how blessed we are for having this problem. We are looking forward to all three of our Thanksgivings and spending time with our families eating, talking, watching football and playing games.
On a lighter note, here are the top five house-items, etc. that I am thankful for:
- Starbucks travel coffee mugs- the seal is oh-so-spill proof.
- Gas range
- MacBook Pro
- All natural cleaning products (Mrs. Meyer’s, Method, and 7th Generation).
